- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping Time & Charges
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship all across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
- Hoor Collections is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) to monitor the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
